19.47° graden is wat we noemen Tetrahedrale Constante.
Het is een hoek ontdekt
door de onderzoekers David Percy,
Richard C. Hoagland, Stanley McDaniel, Erol

Horace W. Crater en anders.
Deze constante is gelegen op Neptunus (Gt
Dark Spot),
Jupiter (Gt Red Spot) en herhaaldelijk gecodeert
in de structuren van
het plateau van Cydonia op Mars.
Op Aarde is deze constante gecodeert bijvoorbeeld
in de
piramides van Giza, de piramides van de Maan
en de Zon, in Teotihuacan en ook in
de topogarfie
en de archeologische sites, hun topografie en
de graancirkels in
Avebury, Salisbury
en Stonhenge in Engeland.
